Delicious recipee ideas: 

Panir Bhurji (4 Persons): 

Ingredients: 400g Organic Panir (small cubes), 2 large tomatoes (chopped in small pieces) 2 tbs Ghee, 2 large onions (chopped), 4 – 6 garlic cloves (chopped), abt. 4 cm ginger (chopped), 3 tsp  cumin seeds, 1 bay leave, 1 ¼ tsp Garam Masala, 2 pinch nutmeg, ½ tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp salt, 3 tsp paprika, 2 tsp curry, a little  coriander 

Preperation:
Heat a pan and as soon as it is warn put in the Ghee. When the Ghee becomes hot add the onions ginger and garlic and heat until it is golden brown. Reduce the heat and add Cumin, Bayleave, Garam Masala, Mace, Nutmeg and Cinnamom, Cucurma as well as Salt Paprika and Curry. Mix everything together until it smells really good. Put in tomatocubes and stir until soft. Put in the Organic Panir ant stir until everything is well mixed and warm. At the end garnish with Coriander. 

Saag Panir: 

Ingredients: 500g fresh spinach, 200g Organic Panir (cut in a size of 3-4cm cubes), 2-3 garlic cloves (chopped), 2,5cm fresh ginger (chopped), 2 onions (chopped), 1 tomato (chopped), green/red chilies optional (chopped), 2 tbs Ghee, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp nutmeg, 250ml water, 125ml cream 

Preperation:
Wash the Spinach and cook it in a pot with water. When the spinach becomes soft, drain the water and chop the spinach into small pieces. Fry the garlic, onions, ginger and chilli  pieces together with the Ghee until it is glassy and brown. Put in the tomatoes, salt, cumin and nutmeg and stir until it combines. Add yoghurt and water as well as the spinach and stir in the cream. Finally add the organic panir cubes and cook for about five minutes. Enjoy! 

Freshly grilled Organic Panir: 

Preperation:
Cut the organic Panir into about 1 cm thick slices, season with salt pepper and paprika. Wrap with aluminium foil and place on the grill for a short time. When it is lightly browned, it is ready to be enjoyed – a vegeterian treat! 

Organic Panir with tomato & basil: 

Preperation: Cut Organic Panir into about half cm slices, cut the tomatoes into slices. Put them either in alternating slices flat on a plate or lay them slightly upon each other alternating, and put the basil leaves on top. Sprinkle the diced onions over top and season with salt, ground pepper and paprika. Finally drizzle with „Crema di Balsamico“ and serve.

When Organic Panir is cut into small pieces it makes a great addition to fresh salads or soups. Let your imagination run wild!
